Responsibilities:

  • Remain at office premises during office opening or closing.
  • Managing non- executive (cleaners & guards) staff
  • Arranging various events
  • Be the first point of contact for visitors
  • Maintain good relationship with members, visitors, and vendors
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of Machinery & Equipment
  • Assisting with HR responsibility (Job Post, CV collection & Data Entry, CV Shortlisting)

Job Requirements

Knowledge and Skills Required:

  • Typing speed in English 40+ WPM
  • Excellent Communication Skill (both written & verbal)
  • Excellent Time Management Skill
  • Solution mindset – Ability to find solutions to problems
  • Ability to prioritize
  • Working knowledge of Google Docs and Google Sheets
  • Attention to details
  • Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Nice to have Skills:

  • IELTS Score 6+
  • Ability to use Avro / Bijoy
  • 2 years experience in a similar position
