- Handle inbound and outbound calls of the customers in appropriate accent.
- Advice customers or provide suggestions on the products which will be used for constructions.
- Handle calls from Dealers/Distributors and inform the head office of such type of calls.
- Sense of responsibility and Achieve the daily target
- Analytic skill and working ability for team development
- Prepare daily report in excel
- Developed competencies required for service oriented and result focus
- Need to work on roster duty.
- B.Sc. in Civil Engineering.

- Age 22 to 35 years

- Excellent Knowledge on Civil Engineering/Construction related tasks.
- Self-motivated and willing to work for longer period and any time in the day
- Confident to take challenge and fulfill KPI
- Must have Good communication skill in Bangla and English with proper accent
- Good computer skill is required with good typing skill
- Good reading and writing skill in both Bangla and English
- Applicants have to be Smart, energetic and good communication skill
