Administrative Assistant at MzTech Corp
- MzTech is expanding and is looking for a highly organized and detail oriented individual to join our growing team. We have an immediate opening for an Office Assistant who has three to five years` experience performing a wide range of office support functions.
- General office responsibilities:
- Must be fluent in English both speaking and writing.
- Streamline administrative processes, improve accuracy and efficiency to achieve organizational objectives
- Perform office duties; including answer and screen phone calls with clients in overseas, take messages and redirect calls to appropriate individuals
- Help organize and maintain client database.
- Schedule appointments and arrange meetings
- Manage print and electronic filing systems
- Create schedule for employees and maintain their scheduled hours through monitoring schedule app.
- Regularly required to create client leads and contact them through phone and email and set up appointments.
- Create excel sheet and maintain clients information daily.
- Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS), Masters in Bank Management (MBM)
- Skills Required: Microsoft Exel, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote
- 3 to 5 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Administration, Customer Relationship Management, Sales & Marketing
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
- Age 20 to 30 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Candidate should be able to write and speak in English fluently
