Research & Planning Manager – Advanced Chemical Industries Limited (ACI)

Job Responsibilities

• Assess market research needs and formulate an annual research calendar
• Drive research projects aligning with business need and research calendar
• Manage, supervise, and execute all phases of market research studies ensuring quality in every step of the project
• Manage, organize and utilize consumer and market place insight from primary and secondary sources
• Analyze and interpret data to identify patterns and solutions, including surveys and focus group transcripts
• Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties researches, and implement best practices
• Develop market evolution hypotheses, anticipate competitive dynamics, and evaluate business impact
• Lead tactical and strategic projects, collaborate with key stakeholders, and achieve alignment on market assessments and competitive landscape
• Discuss strategic business problems related to the product, pricing, and portfolio questions with business teams and suggest the most appropriate research methodology and techniques to best answer their business questions
• Coordinate the planning process through maintaining required collaboration among all stakeholders
