Accounts & Finance Executive – bZm Graphics
- Assure that accounting records are prepared and maintained in accordance with the company’s accounting policies, chart of accounts and related accounting principles and practices
- Assist in financial reporting and analysis.
- Good Knowledge about financial management, including financial planning, budget, and control to obtain the highest service advantage with a minimum cost impact.
- Perform data analysis and prepare decision support reports for top management.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements and year end closing and different kinds of financial report.
- Checking payments of vendors & others
- Maintaining bank reconciliation on daily basis
- Ensure proper accounting and records of all business transaction Voucher through accounting software.
- Identify areas of inefficiency, areas of potential cost reduction and take necessary initiatives to improve
- Analyze and interpret variances (Budget vs. Actual) on monthly basis.
- Preparation of all sort of supporting regarding Tax & VAT Assessment purpose.
- Always keep update & Communicate with VAT & TAX authority.
- Any other VAT & Tax related task assigned by the management time to time.
- Any other tasks assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements: Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounts
- 2 to 3 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts and Finance
- Age 21 to 35 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Handling (VAT/ Income Tax) of organization independently.
- Good command in Bengali and English.
- Strong analytical and communication ability.
- Expert in Advance MS Excel
- Willing to work under pressure & extensive working hours.
Salary: Tk. 20000 – 25000 (Monthly)
