Job Context

Provide our customers with the best-in-class customer service on Facebook, Instagram and On Phone Call + daily operational activities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to enhance customers experience
  • Respond to customer inquiries via online messages and over the phone
  • Initiate sale, process the sale, follow up
  • Provide after-sales support to gather important feedback from customers
  • Convert customers to sales on Facebook, Instagram
  • Assist Operations & Management team to run smooth business in daily tasks

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Skills Required: Call Center

Experience Requirements

  • At least 1 year(s)
