- Phone Call + daily operational activities.
- Communicate with customer over phone and email.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer’s experience.
- Respond to customer inquiries via online messages and over the phone.
- Maintain necessary customer contact cycle to ensure customer expectations are met.
- Ability to handle customers in a good manner.
- Data entry & reporting expert.
- Inform customers about products and services.
- Make overview daily report and submit to concern team leader.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
