Your Responsibilities

• Meet company plan sales targets daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Accurately predicts product cash income streams.
• Lead countrywide sales team members to sales goals.
• Monitoring team performance to guarantee efficiency and achievement of individual, group, and corporate goals.
• Motivating, coaching, skill-building, and product-knowledge-building the sales staff to achieve profitable results.
• Manage sales administration, operational performance reporting, simplifying procedures and systems, and advising senior management on maximizing commercial partnerships and fostering customer service.
• Managing the sales staff, designing a business strategy for sales, revenue, and expense management, reaching targets, and marketing the organization throughout our territory.
• Responsible for planning and directing Zonal Managers, Area Managers, Territory Managers, and Sales Representatives to achieve set goals responsibly.
• Establishing sales reports and cyclical sales meetings to assess sales team performance.
• Set separate territorial sales and develop a customized appraisal system that defines each sales team member’s tasks and performance standards.
• Manages firm resources to boost sales.

Status of employment: Full-time

Needed Level of Education: BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field

Possible Experience Needs

• Age at least 40 years
• Experience At least 7 years
• Experienced national sales manager
• FMCG product experience is preferred.
• Managed high-performing sales teams
• Analyzing sales performance metrics
• Customer service and negotiation skills
• Effective communication and team management
• Problem-solving analytical skills
• travel ability
• 7 years NSM experience.
