Assistant Manager, HR at MAZ Textile Limited

Context: MAZ Textile Limited, a subsidiary of Color Style Bangladesh Ltd., seeks a dynamic, energetic, and experienced “Assistant Manager, Human Resources” to oversee all HR practices and processes.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist with HR operations including Recruitment & Selection, Performance Management, Payroll Management, Industrial Relations, Training & Learning, Organizational Excellence, etc.
• Help review organizational structures, job analysis, job descriptions/specifications, and job evaluation.
• Update employee personal files and other related documents and databases to comply with legislation.
• Timely probation and performance management.
• Preparing salary, bonus, allowance, profit sharing, insurance benefits, and final settlement data ensures payment.
• Works with management and staff to promote morale, productivity, and retention.
• Help produce reports for upper management.
• Help management implement HR processes and practices.
• Perform additional management-assigned tasks.

Status of employment: Full-time

Workplace: Work at the office

Needed Level of Education: Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management.

Possible Experience Needs

• Age 25 to 35 years
• Experience 3 to 6 years
• Communicating and presenting well
• MS Office proficient (Advance Excel)
• Self-motivated to take risks and work under pressure.
