Your Responsibilities

• Organizing business portfolio targets, supervising and supporting priority and retail teams.
• Analyze and draw conclusions from business drivers, competitive environment, trends, and operating data.
• Segment-wise business analytics for priority client decision-making.
• Priority client service strategy and tools.
• Responsible for managing external affiliations and creating communication content for letters, applications, promotions, brochures, presentations, concept papers, public relations, agreements, etc.
• Coordinates with other departments and stakeholders to serve and engage priority clients.
• Prepare and execute sales plans targeting priority clients based on corporate strategy, goals, and targets.
• Advising key clients on their financial needs and goals, offering suitable financial packages, and handling banking and finance queries and orders ensures excellent service and control.

Status of employment: Full-time

Needed Level of Education: Professional Certification (ACA/ACMA/ACS/ACCA) with business graduation/post-graduation.

Possible Experience Needs

• Age 25 to 35 years
• Experience 3 to 5 years
• English-Bangla bilingual team player.
• Business development and customer relationship management expertise.
• Business and customer-focused.
• Efficiency.
• Creative and adaptable.
• 3-5 years of related experience.
• Experience in corporate finance at a reputable bank/FI/group is preferred.
