Head of Sales (Fish & Cattle Feed) at Advanced Poultry & Fish Feeds Ltd.

Your Responsibilities

• Setting yearly national sales goals and budgeting.
• Monitoring the budgeted national sales goals.
• Meeting sales goals and collecting, and assessing Sales and Distribution team performance weekly.
• Market visits, data gathering, and analysis help determine product prices and discount rates by finding customer needs and satisfaction and building customer networks.
• Attend meetings on sales status, sales development, monthly sales review, company policy, trade offers for product marketing and promotion, and other relevant topics.
• Create and execute a sales plan with manufacturing, logistics, HR, accounts, branding, and other departments.
• Manpower planning and team building to maximize market and coverage.
• Assess team performance and suggest benefits.
• Presenting market demand data to management and authorities, including policy, offer, and pricing of new goods.
• Supervise distributor product shipping per company policy.
• Direct logistics tasks and take managerial action.
• Facilitate sales promotion with related departments. (TVC, banner, PVC, signboard, billboard and media, periodic offers, and annual offers).
• Ensuring dealer/distributor/Channel Partner/client paperwork and compliance with company sales & distribution policy.
• To maximize sales staff output, teach new hires regularly about product/company policies.
• Authority and management-assigned tasks.

Status of employment: Full-time

Workplace: Work at the office

Needed Level of Education

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management Studies/Science.
• Graduation in any discipline from any reputed institute.

Possible Experience Needs

• Age 40 to 55 years
• Experience 10 year
• Applicants should have expertise in Agro goods sales and marketing, cattle feed sales, fish feed sales, and feed marketing.
• Experience in the following economic areas is required: Agribusinesses (including seed/GM/processing).
• 10+ years of managerial experience.
• Fish/Cattle Feed Sales Experience: 10+ years. 
• Sales, Marketing, and Agro Company Management
• Only males are allowed to apply
