Your Responsibilities
- Fast client service.
- Multi-channel client communication.
- Addressing customer concerns.
- Understanding our products to solve questions.
- Ordering, forms, applications, and requests.
- Recording customer transactions, remarks, and complaints.
- Coordinating with coworkers.
- Customer support efficiency feedback.
- managing junior customer care reps.
- Provide excellent client service.

Needed Level of Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
