Context: GM-HR needs sales team management expertise. (both retail & wholesale).
Your Responsibilities
- Should ensure that all employees understand the company’s vision, purpose, values, and goals and can align their actions with them.
- He must work with the leadership team to achieve results through people strategy in recruitment, HR operations, and talent management.
- The GM-HR will lead the team to provide efficient and satisfactory support while adhering to all HR policies, systems, and procedures.
- Key Duties.
- General Manager – HR tasks include the following.
- (A) Recruitment Management: Create strategy, methods, and standards for hiring, selection, and HR planning.
- Ensure that grading and salary structures match the company’s ethos to recruit, keep, and motivate staff.
- Identify and shortlist effective/relevant CVs for any job in line with the approved JD to find the best fit and follow up with competent authority as needed.
- Lead the exit process and help teams analyze turnover with Leadership teams.
- Perform campus screening when needed and build a strong talent pool.
- Ability to think and plan creatively for all stages of recruitment. Performance management.
- Complete Annual Performance reviews on time. Grievance Management and Organizational Culture.
- Make sure all HR rules cover employment.
- (D) HR Operations: Maintain databases and use data for efficient human resource decision-making. Serve as a focal point for all HR functions for the various teams and advise the General Managers.
- Implement HR rules for hiring, contract renewals, appointments, and separations. Document each action.
- Maintain Physical and HRIS Personnel Files and share them with Senior Management.
- Work with Management to advance strategic HR actions beyond recruitment.

Needed Level of Education: Master’s degree in any discipline, Master of Business Administration (MBA).
