Executive-Central Reservation Control at US-Bangla Airlines

Context: US-Bangla Airlines, the biggest private airline in the country, is seeking smart, dynamic, confident, and hardworking people to join its various Online Travel Agency Units in Central Reservation Control Team.

Your Responsibilities

• Handle a lot of calls and emails quickly. Determine customer wants, clarify information, study issues, and offer solutions or alternatives.
• Know flight schedules and foreign travel rules.
• Answer all ticket emails.
• Determine client needs, communicate clearly, investigate issues, and offer solutions or alternatives.
• Distribute and monitor travel advisory material to staff.
• Seize upselling chances.
• Take the extra step to build client loyalty. 
• Personal/team numeric and qualitative goals
• Update Reservation Manager with data.
• Positive customer care
• quota-exceeding record
• Email and chat handling experience
• Customer focus and attitude flexibility
• Online tools let you plan flights, hotels, and other travel services.

Needed Level of Education

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, International Business, and Management.
• All public & top-rated private university graduates are encouraged to apply.

Possible Experience Needs

• Age 22 to 28 years
• Experience 1 year
• Strong analytical & interpersonal skills
• Must have a strong sense of patience
• Should have excellent computer literacy
• Fluent in Communication in both English & Bangla
• Should have the attitude to work under pressure
• Should have the mind to work in a team
• Candidates should have expertise in airline ticketing, call centers, customer care, customer support/client service, and reservations.
• The airline, Cellular Phone Operator, and Telecommunications expertise are required.
