- Provide information about products and services to the customers.
- Answer calls and handle customers’ inquiries by telephone.
- Manage and resolve customer queries.
- Update new customer information in the database system.
- Identify and escalate priority issues.
- Follow-up customer calls where necessary.

- English and Bengali fluency (Speaking & Listening).

- Call center and customer support expertise.
- Data input skills.
