Sr. Executive/ Executive-Call Center at Rupayan Group

Your Responsibilities

• Provide information about products and services to the customers.
• Answer calls and handle customers’ inquiries by telephone.
• Manage and resolve customer queries.
• Update new customer information in the database system.
• Identify and escalate priority issues.
• Follow-up customer calls where necessary.

Status of employment: Full-time

Needed Level of Education

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Graduation/ Post Graduation in any discipline from any reputed University.

Possible Experience Needs

• Age at most 35 years
• Experience 2 year
• English and Bengali fluency (Speaking & Listening).
• Problem-solving abilities.
• Teamwork, adaptability.
• Call center and customer support expertise.
• Data input skills.
• Applicants should have expertise in Call Center Management/Training.
• Experience in the following economic areas is required: Realty, Call Center.
