Junior Telesales Executive at Kolpolok Limited

Context: Symlex VPN (Concern of Kolpolok Limited) needs a driven Telesales Representative. You will phone potential prospects, promote our products and services, and maintain a contact database in this capacity.

Your Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential leads.
• Promote Symlex VPN’s products and services.
• Build and maintain a database of contacts.
• Follow up with leads and provide exceptional customer service.
• Achieve weekly and monthly targets.
• Work with internal teams to satisfy customers and deliver services.

Status of employment: Full-time

Workplace: Work at the office

Needed Level of Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

Possible Experience Needs

• Age 23 to 30 years
• Experience 1 to 3 year
• Proven at least 1-year experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role Fluent in English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• IT product sales and service, marketing, telemarketing, and telesales experience are required.
• Call center, IT-enabled service, and direct selling/marketing service company experience are required.
• Telemarketing, telesales, marketing.

Work Location: Dhaka (Shyamoli)

Salary

• Tk. 15000 – 25000 (Monthly).
• Salary: 15K-25K (Based on Experience) + Sales Incentive.
