Executive-Reservation at US-Bangla Airlines

Context: US-Bangla Airlines, Bangladesh’s largest private airline, is looking for energetic, driven Reservation Team members.

Your Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to many calls and emails.
• Determine consumer demands, clarify information, explore problems, and give solutions.
• Check and answer reservation emails.
• Keep international booking travel advisory updated.
•  

  Cross-team communication helps resolve issues.

•  

  Practices in phone handling and email responses.

• Meet qualitative and quantitative personal/team goals.
• Report updates and details to the Reservation Manager.
•  

  Positive customer support role.

• A history of exceeding quota.
• Take the extra step to build consumer loyalty.
• Oversee the booking process.
• Should know about re-issuing, re-validating, refunding, and upgrading.
• Must know how to operate Galileo, Sabre, or Amadeus.
• Any other essential duties provided by management to improve the organization.

Needed Level of Education

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• All Public University & top-rated private university graduates are encouraged to apply

Possible Experience Needs

• Age 22 to 27 years
• Bengali and English fluency.
• Excellent communicator.
• Excellent MS Office skills.
• Self-driven and results-oriented.
• Team-player, driven, smart.
• Work effectively and cheerfully.
• Ability to operate under pressure.
• Willing to work weekends and roster.
• A little reservation and ticketing expertise will help.
• Knowledge of GDS and WEB reservation systems for PNR creation, revisions, cancellations, and ticket issuance/reissuing/refunding will be beneficial.
• The applicants should have experience in: Airline Tickets, Call Center, Managing customer service, computer skills Excellent communication, Ticketing, and reservations Strong analytical and social capabilities.
• Applications should include commercial experience in the following areas: Airline, Travel Agent.
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Salary: Tk. 30000 (Monthly)
