Context: Responsible for managing, analyzing, interpreting, and communicating retail sales data to ensure departmental excellence.
Your Responsibilities

Compile and manage sales data for all retail products. Manage retail company dashboards, business matrices, performance, and forecasts.

Monitor all retail products’ individual and branch-level performance. Provide input on strong and poor areas.

Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly reports on Retail Business items for management. Generate reports according to Bangladesh Bank and company policy.
- Ensure all staff uses the IPDC-recommended system per business policy.

Design, execute, monitor, and measure a company’s customer service department to optimize client interactions. Improve touchpoint service quality and control.
- Manage customer complaints to ensure satisfaction. Improving procedure from customer concerns.
