Context: Trade Corporation (Import Business) is hiring an experienced Accounts & Finance professional.

Your Responsibilities

• Ensuring monthly VAT transaction reviews, adequate documentation, and further needs.
• Challan preparation—6.3
• Purchase/sale invoices-6.1.2
• Monthly return prep -9.1
• Coefficient Declaration – 4.3
• TDS 6.6
• David Note/Credit Note Issue 6.7 and 6.8
• Knows VAT Appeal well.
• Update management on VAT adjustments.
• Prepare and submit paper/online VAT returns properly.
• VAT records audit.
• Maintain records for Income Tax, TDS, VDS, VAT, and AIT.
• Submit to VAT.
• Hands-on Tally experience.
• Management receives quarterly and annual statements.
• Bangladesh VAT Act compliance.
• Monitor monthly TDS/VDS deduction from applicable heads of accounts and deposit to Govt.
• Issuing Credit and Debit Notes on schedule.
• VAT tracking and challan preservation.
• Management-required tasks.

Status of employment: Full-time

Workplace: Work at the office

Needed Level of Education: Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting from any reputed university with good academic results.

Possible Experience Needs

• Age at least 27 years
• Experience At least 2 years
• Must have worked at VAT zone and circle offices.
• Must speak and write English and Bengali.
• Must know computers, internet, email, etc.
• Experience in the following business areas is required: Buying/Selling.
• Skills Needed: Accounting Software, Accounts, Microsoft Excel, VAT
