Head of Internal Audit (AGM/DGM) at Panna Group

Your Responsibilities

• This job is managerial.
• Management needs help revamping internal control efforts.
• Lead and manage resources to create and meet performance metrics throughout the planned audit work.
• To assess whether management activities reflect the organization’s goals and whether employees comprehend them.
• to gather and analyze data to find deficient controls, duplicated effort, extravagance, fraud, or non-compliance with laws, regulations, and management policies.
• Develop audit program, guide/procedures, and internal control role for internal auditor(s).
• Manage departmental process improvement efforts like internal quality assurance and audit issue trend analysis and reporting.
• Monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual audit reports for top management.
• Review material assets, net value, liabilities, capital stock, surplus, income, and expenses.
• Special control audits/investigations/projects as needed.
• To evaluate and suggest controls for financial and information systems.
• Review and test internal systems with business unit reps and process owners.
• Bill, voucher, party payment pre-check.
• Implements all Accounts and Financial checks.
• Find cost-saving or process-improvement possibilities.
• Budgeting and control.
• Report issues to management.
• Statements for top executives.

Needed Level of Education

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting.
• Business Graduate with CA (CC)/ CMA (Intermediate)/ CIA (Partly/ Fully Completed).

Possible Experience Needs

• Age 35 to 50 years
• Experience 8 year
• Battery, storage cell, group of companies, manufacturing, and (FMCG).
• At least 5 years of managerial expertise in a manufacturing/group company.
• Skills needed: English, leadership, collaboration, MS Office.
• Skills needed: Accounts and audit, Audit inquiry, Internal Audit, Inventory Audit.
